About the programme
Erasmus+ is the European Union's programme for education, training, youth and sport. The National Guild has been an active participant for many years, sending apprentices and tutors to heritage-restoration workshops, technical colleges, and master craftsmen across the continent.
For Irish trades, the value is two-fold: our members learn techniques rarely taught at home, and they bring back perspectives that enrich the standard of work for everyone in the Guild.
